1. You MUST be a fan of Haruka, otherwise why join?
2. You must have an active email account
3. You must indicate your country
4. You DO NOT need a website BUT if you want me to link your website you must have a code up BEFORE you apply
5. No porn/hate/racist etc. sites if you have one
6. No "hiatus" sites. I need to see the code otherwise it defeats the purpose of having one.
7. If you ever want to remove/modify/edit your info click on the "*contact*" next to my name on te members page. Do not fill out a "join" form otherwise I will just delete it.
8. Type "haruka" in the "ojousama" section to make sure that you've read the rules. If you do not fill this in it does not mean that your name will not be added but I do prefer that you read the rules.
